The bread bag is the perfect storage of bread for the staunchest sourdough bread maker. When you put the sourdough bread in a plastic bag the bread crust becomes soft and doughy. In the bread bag, it keeps its crunchy crust. The bag is beautiful both for serving and storage. It is made in unwashed linen, at its first wash it will gain its lovely coarse washed linen feeling.
The bag is sewn to after wash fit half a normal large levain, it shrinks about 5-10%. Material 100% Flax. Ribbon is made of eco-cotton.
