Bellocq Breakfast

An invigorating, full-bodied blend of organic Indian, Chinese, and Ceylon single-estate black teas, our smooth, signature blend offers round toasted notes of honey, malt, and a touch of leather. At once robust and comforting, this gently warming brew can be enjoyed as is or with milk and wild flower honey. A winsome take on the classic breakfast blend - and one of our most requested. 

The Early Grey

Gentleman of the tea world, comfortable in both well cut and worn threads, The Earl Grey is a welcome and familiar sight. Our hand-crafted version of this classic blend includes the finest quality organic full-leaf Ceylon black tea scented with natural Sicilian bergamot. Blue cornflowers accent the rich black leaves like a flower lightly worn in the lapel. The rich amber-hued brew produces a long, fragrant finish. 

The Queen's Guard

Inspired by classic, dew-studded English gardens. The Queen's Guard is a perfect afternoon tea, celebrating two of our favorite early summer flowers, rose and lavender.  Well-balanced, elegant, and remarkably well-suited with a slice of lemon-scented loaf cake (drizzled with icing). 

Afghani Chai Tea

A hand-crafted, evocative blend of organic Assam black tea, green cardamom, star anise, ginger, clove, and black pepper, this invigorating Afghani Chai tea may be either steeped or traditionally boiled in water with milk. (Add a handful of chopped fresh ginger for additional heat, and sweeten to taste.) Fragrant and seductive masala chai is perfect to enjoy anytime and makes your home smell utterly divine. 

Majorelle Mint

A Moroccan paradise of organic gunpowder green tea and vibrant mint with a stylish citrus twist. Beautifully fragrant while enjoyed hot, Majorelle Mint is also marvelously refreshing iced. We suggest increasing the savoir-faire quotient by oh-so-casually tossing a few fresh sprigs of mint into the tea pot. Kaftan, optional, but recommended.

Etoile de l'Inde

An intoxicating tropical blend of organic Chinese green and delicate Jasmine teas enveloped within a voluptuous haze of ripe passionfruit, lush rose and marigold. Evocative of late-afternoon rain showers and the fever experienced with the rush of young love. Fragrant and passionate, Etoile de l’Inde is one of our most romantic and requested blends.

Le Hammeau

A beautiful, organic herbal blend evocative of a wild-flower meadow, and one of our original, best-selling blends.  Organic lemongrass and verbena refresh and soothe with the addition of lavender, rose petals, mint, and sage. Refreshing and light-hearted, this caffeine-free tisane may be enjoyed all day. Delicious iced as well as hot, we recommend garnishes of thin slices of orange and a sprig of just plucked mint, sage, or lavender. 

Ashram Afternoon

The year: 1973. The place: Goa. Your body is your temple. An enlightened herbal infusion of tulsi, mint, rose petals, cardamon, star anise, and citrus will send you spinning into a reverie dappled with the shade of kokum and mango trees and filled with the spiced aroma of verdant marketplaces. Slowly sip the incense-rich brew, and settle into the star filled Indian night. Tulsi, also known as holy basil, is a powerful adaptogen. Adaptogens help the body manage and adapt to stress so you can maintain your bliss. 

Little Dickens

A chocolate-kissed blend that is loved by all, this caffeine-free tisane is blended from organic, fair trade South African rooibos, vanilla, cacao nibs, ginger, soothing mint, and cinnamon. This treat calms jitters, settles tummies, soothes the soul, and does so especially well when served with milk and honey. Our favorite hot cocoa alternative is the perfect tea party tipple for young and old alike.

A refreshing, organic mint, brewed hot or cold this tisane proves uplighting and brightening. Perfect to steep any time, day or night, our mint also serves as an excellent addition to your own tea blends or recipes.

Green Yerba Mate

Energizing and refreshing, Illex Paraguariensis, or yerba mate as it is more commonly known, is an excellent alternative to traditional tea and is an herbaceous infusion with a history all its own. This widely consumed beverage, beloved by the Argentine people, enjoys a unique profile of slightly toasty (not smokey), yet delicate aromatics

Amar Chai

An elevating, organic caffeine-free chai of fair trade South African rooibos, lush rose, marigold petals and fragrant cassia and warming ginger. Rich in powerful antioxidants, rooibos is low in oxalic acid, and may also have positive effect on blood sugar levels. Cinnamon and ginger have potent anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and anti-viral compounds.

Corazon de Cien Fuegos

A soulful tisane of vitamin-C rich, immune boosting hibiscus blossom, anti-inflammatory lemongrass, lush rose petals, lavender, with the spiced, fragrant wood of cinnamon. Inspired by the rich, cultural landscape of Central Mexico, this herbal tea blend impassions the spirit and nourishes the body.

This wedding tea is one of our loveliest, blended with jasmine tea, lavender, red rose petals, and orange blossoms, this elegant and romantic tea rivals any fresh bouquet with its floral nose and aromatic brew.

Hibari Matcha

Hibari is a superlative matcha created of shincha (first flush) tencha from the southern region of Uji, Kyoto, the ancestral home of matcha. This usucha-style matcha (thin tea) is smooth and medium bodied, with a wonderfully grounding and steady energetic presence. Fresh, delicate notes of early spring grass spill forth from this blend of Samidori, Yabukita and Ujihikari cultivars. Hibari translates to "the skylark that sings in spring".  This exceptional matcha is perfect at all times of the day, on its own or in a creamy latte and continues to be a best seller with a remarkably loyal following. Decidedly, a staff favorite.

Siam Basil Lemongrass

An exotic caffeine-free blend of bright organic lemongrass and fresh ginger root with notes of lush basil, fragrant orange blossom and vibrant red mandarin. Refreshing in summer, Siam Basil Lemongrass makes a wonderful iced tea and also a chic poolside iced pop. For a winter-time twist, we add a little warm coconut milk to the brewed tea and dream of a fabulous island getaway.

Smokey Earl Grey

The classic Earl with a novel, debonair twist. Heady notes of tea smoked over pine wood embrace pure Sicilian bergamot with a touch of sensual lavender to create a haunting and deeply satisfying cup. Particularly blissful on cool, rainy afternoons.

Nocturne

A restful blend of chamomile, lavender, mullein flower and mint to help soothe your way toward a blissful night of sleep. Chamomile has been used for centuries to combat stress and insomnia. Apigenin is a bioflavonoid compound abundant in this gentle flower, and provides a sedative effect on the nervous system.
