This porcelain is food-safe and can, with some care, be used in the oven, microwave, and dishwasher. However, sudden temperature changes (e.g., freezer to oven) are likely to cause thermal shock, damaging your porcelain.
Always place very hot items on either wood or cloth. Ideally, your porcelain pickle dish will be stored on plate racks or with linen/felt between each item to avoid glaze scratches.
