We are so excited to partner once again with mixology-maven, Carrie Meslar, and woman-owned A Pimento Catering for a Low-Proof Cocktail Workshop in the Be Just Classroom.  

Learn how to craft effortlessly refreshing cocktails perfect for summer sipping! In this installment of our beloved cocktail series, we’ll focus on low-proof cocktails and aperitifs, ideal for relaxed afternoons and long evenings with friends. Discover techniques and recipes that deliver flavor without the high alcohol content, so you can sip, socialize, and savor all summer long.

For the cost of registration, participants will enjoy two cocktails and an hour and a half of expert instruction.

All necessary materials will be provided. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate. This class is ideal for all skill levels!

About the instructor:

Carrie Meslar has worked in the Food and Beverage industry for over 20 years, including previous stints as the bar manager of Tigerlily in Edinburgh, Scotland and locally as the bar manager of Lost Saint. She is currently the Global Marketing Director for Endless West, a spirits company in Detroit, but calls Charlottesville home.
