- The Analog
Begin each day deliberately with this minimalist Japanese daily calendar inspired by traditional design. Each tear-off page signals a fresh day, fostering mindfulness and reflection. The calendar incorporates complex annual cycles including the Nine Stars, Ten Heavenly Stems, Twelve Earthly Branches, Six Auspicious Days, and Twenty-Four Solar Terms, requiring specialized calculation methods and precise plate making.
Crafted by Nakaoka Syoten in collaboration with skilled Japanese partners, it features ultra-thin Junpakushi washi paper, prized for its purity and fine texture, often used in art conservation.
The calendar includes an aluminum bracket with a fabric tie and measures 11" x 8" x 1".
Made in Japan.
